Description
  • Encloses a letter from Lieut Colonel Wright whose proposal for raising a Regiment of Volunteers in Exeter has been accepted. Asks Lord Hobart to return the letter to him together with his instructions on it. This will help Lord Fortescue to reply to any other similar letters. Also states that George Cornish has propsed to raise a Troop of Yeomany to be attached to Lord Rolle's Regiment of Devon Yeomany.
